Holy Week will be celebrated with a different aspect in each of the Covenant churches in April. Holy Eucharist will be provided in all parishes on Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday
In the first century Jesus of Nazareth inspired a movement. A community of people whose lives were centered on Jesus Christ 10 and committed to living the way of God’s unconditional, unselfish, sacrificial, and redemptive love. Before they were called “church” or “Christian,” this Jesus Movement was simply called “the way.”
Episcopalians everywhere will share in this special Lenten Journey. Each week, we will turn, learn and pray our way through the desert, toward resurrection life with Jesus.
The Way of Love, Practices for Jesus-Centered Life, is the theme for the Lenten Soup Suppers being held at St. Paul’s, St. Joseph.
The (potluck) Lenten Soup Suppers will be held on
Thursdays, 6:00 pm through the season of Lent (March 14 – April 11) with the study to follow.
